The new British Rwanda law has a couple of interesting features. It makes clear that Twanda is a safe country, and this notion cannot be reversed by courts. It also stipulates that the European Court of Justice or Human Rights will be ignored, if it rules against the law. Britain has of course left the EU but it is still a member of the European Council and thus formally should adhere to the court. It remains to be seen how and if there will be reactions or consequences should this possible conflict get reality at some time.
